A Donor and Advisor Perspective: A Conversation with Tom & Linda Nihoul
This unique meeting offers fundraising and financial advisor professionals a chance to hear directly from both sides of the giving conversation — the philanthropist and the financial advisor.
From the philanthropist’s point of view, Tom and Linda will share how they make decisions about which organizations to support, how they navigate giving as a couple, and how family legacy and heirs play a role in their decision-making. They’ll discuss what effective cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship look like from a donor’s perspective, how financial planning and taxes influence giving, and share an example of a successful gift journey from start to finish.
